Dovestones Reservoir - The perfect place for Dog Photography
One of my favourite places for Dog Photography is Dovestones Reservoir which is situated on the edge of Oldham and the Peak District National Park. The views are stunning across the reservoir making it the perfect backdrop for Dog photography.
I have photographed many shoots at Dovestones, there are so many photographic opportunities and its great for dogs that like to adventure and really be themselves.
We always start with a couple of posed shots of the dogs using the beautiful landscape as the backdrop, then it's off for some fun running around chasing a ball or their favourite toy. We normally end the session with the dogs taking a paddle in the streams, that's of course if your dog likes the water.
